“What Shipping Methods Are Available?”

We provide shipping to all Omani Governments using an Omani Courier Company. In addition to that, soon we will be providing Aramex Shipping through all of Oman and the GCC

“How Much Shipping Cost?”

The cost of shipping inside Oman is 1.5 Omani Rials

The cost of shipping outside of Oman (GCC) IS 5 Omani Rials

Aramex costs are variable depending on packages

“How Long Will it Take To Get My Package?”

For Muscat: 1-2 Business Days from confirmed payment date

Outside Muscat: 2-3 Business Days from confirmed payment date

GCC Countries: 7 Business Days from confirmed payment date

You will need your order ID and registered email. You can find all the information in the email sent to you by us

“How Do I Place an Order?”

To place an order, please follow these simple steps:

4. Fill in all your information required. Including your address and location. Email field is optional but is recommended to receive order updates

5. Pick your payment method. You can pay directly with card or bank transfer

6. Click on Place order and follow the instructions provided

7. You will receive your order within the shipment timeframe after completion

“What payment method do you accept?”

We support paying directly with your cards through the Thawani Secured Payment Gateway https://thawani.om/

Or directly through transferring the amount to our Bank Muscat Account after placing your order.

“Do I Need an Account to Place an Order?”

You do not need an account to create an order. But it is adviceable to create an account for easier access to your order history. Also, having an email is very helpful to track your order

“What is your return Policy?”

We offer a 15-day return policy. You can return any item for a full refund, minus shipping costs. If the item was damaged or broken, we will replace the item for you.

“How do I return an item?”

“How long will it take to get my refund?

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
